Terms and Conditions to IncrediMail's Donation to Action Against Hunger
1.   Subject to the following paragraph, IncrediMail will donate the sum of $15,000 to Action Against Hunger on or about January 31, 2007 (the “Minimum Donation”). IncrediMail will add to the Minimum Donation 10 cents per each email that contains a background designated by IncrediMail, which includes a reference to these terms and conditions, that is sent by an IncrediMail registered user, no later than midnight December 26, 2006.
2.   Notwithstanding the aforementioned, IncrediMail's maximum donation to Action Against Hunger shall not exceed in any event the sum of $30,000.
3.   Without derogation of the aforementioned, an email shall be deemed "sent" to each valid email address it is sent to, whether sent in a separate email or in an email containing a list of recipients (CCs).
