2007

  • December - IncrediMail announces Vista compatibility for its email and desktop enhancement products.
  • November - IncrediMail completes dual listing of its shares on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE). IncrediMail also reports record revenues for Q3 and first nine months of 2007.
  • August - IncrediMail launches new instant messaging product in closed beta version under the code name, “Project Messy.”
  • June - NASDAQ approves Global Market Listing for IncrediMail. IncrediMail also offers its flagship product in Chinese.
  • May - Magentic begins to drive advertising revenue.
  • April - Babylon's language translation and dictionary service becomes an added feature of IncrediMail software. IncrediMail also introduces a Japanese language version.
  • March - IncrediMail receives iParenting Media Award and is named one of the "Best Software Products of 2007". IncrediMail's executive team grows with the addition of Nimrod May, Vice President of Online Communities, and Hagay Elyakin, President of Bizchord. Magentic exceeds two million registered downloads.
  • January - IncrediMail leverages its suite of interactive web applications by teaming up with MGM Studios to offer branded content supporting the release of "Rocky Balboa".
2006

  • December – IncrediMail launches a Christmas charity campaign raising money for "Action Against Hunger", an international hunger relief organization. IncrediMail also acquires Bizchord Ltd. a transaction processing company.
  • November - IncrediMail announces record sales in third quarter of 2006.
  • October - Magentic reaches more than one million registered downloads, less than six months from its release.
  • July - Yahoo! Personals and IncrediMail collaborate and offer IncrediMail Personals: a co-branded version of the Yahoo! Personals service available in the United States.
  • June - IncrediMail expands its team of professionals with the opening of its first United States offices in New York City, managed and led by Executive VP Jeff Holzmann.
  • April - IncrediMail introduces "Magentic by IncrediMail", a desktop enhancement software offering screensavers and wallpapers.
  • March - IncrediMail Ltd. is awarded a patent related to its email-creative technology.
  • January - IncrediMail successfully goes public on the NASDAQ Capital Market (symbol: MAIL).
2005 IncrediMail continued to offer innovative and creative products with the introduction of its Emoticon Superpack in 2005 and the registered user base showed stability in growth with an average of 1 million new registered users every month. In addition, IncrediMail continued to diversify and leverage cross-sale opportunities by introducing its effective anti-spam product JunkFilter Plus.

2004 Answering the market's need for more products and the popularity of its creations, IncrediMail enriched its revenue model to include subscriptions, introducing the Gold Gallery, its premium content subscription product. The introduction of new products and viral growth, caused registered users to double again, reaching 40 million by year end.

2003 During 2003 the exponential growth in registered users continued, increasing to more than 20 million and IncrediMail further diversified its product offering, including collaborations with the introduction of the IncrediDate service. In 2003, the increase in profits continued to outpace the high revenue growth, totaling $2.3 million for the year.

2002 In the beginning of 2002, only a year after having 1 million users, we grew to over 5 million registered users, and by the end of the year we had more than 10 million registered users, proving our “viral” growth concept. 2002 ended with over 4 million in sales and $1.3 million profit, proving the viability band profitability of this business model.

2001 In March 2001, IncrediMail released its first set of purchasable products, IncrediMail Premium, Letter Creator and IncrediBundle. These products were warmly accepted by the market, providing real proof of its business model and creating a revenue base with the potential for rapid growth. By the end of 2001, we already had $1 million in sales.

2000 In September 2000, the first IncrediMail user registered to download IncrediMail XE and already during the second quarter of 2001, IncrediMail had 1 million registered users.

1999 IncrediMail was founded by Yaron and Ofer Adler in 1999 to provide a more creative Email experience. Towards the end of 1999, we raised seed funding, following up with a full round of private placement in 2000, raising a total of $3.3 million from private and institutional investors.
